about

Mario Voelkel started making music back in 1992 on the Amiga 500. “I’ve used classic tracker-programs as well as a self-made tracker
for making chip-tunes, mainly for the East-German demo/intro-scene on the Amiga. In 1996 I bought my first synth, the Roland MC303 and in 2010 started making music with a friend under the name monoPol. I entered the world of Eurorack with the standard Doepfer A-100 system in 2014 and since then have begun developing my own modules. Currently I am working on my 7th module, a digital controlled quad-VCF using the CEM3320 and hopefully I will have completed
my polyphonic-modular-system for Eurorack at some point soon.
