Finlay Shakespeare is an electronic musician, artist, composer, producer and engineer. Working from Bristol, UK, he spends
most of his time designing and building synthesiser equipment
 as Future Sound Systems. He is also an in-house engineer for
the Moog Sound Lab UK, a touring electronic music studio working in association with Moog Music Inc. and Bowers & Wilkins.
Through the Sound Lab, he has collaborated with acts ranging from Suicide through Simon Fisher-Turner, The Grid and Blood Sport to Mica Levi & Eliza McCarthy. His live improvised modular-centric performances incorporate battery-operated drum machines and radio-transmitted vocals with minimal editing and mixing of the recorded result.
